Charter of Neutral Governance
Artikel X — Non-alignment The Kingdom shall not seek membership in international organisations, military alliances, or political unions (UN / EU / NATO barred).
Artikel XI — Controlled Disclosure State, financial, and demographic data are royal fiduciary information.
Artikel XII — Data Sovereignty Cartography and geographic features may be classified. Implemented by Data Territory Act 1999 (ABl. 1999 St. 11 Nr. 29) and Treaty of Seefeld 2001 (ABl. 2001 St. 18 Nr. 42).
Artikel XIII — Motto Via et Fides (“The Way and the Trust”).
Artikel XVII — Entry into force This Charter enters into force on 3 May 1952. Compact of Weystadt 1648 repealed as governing instrument.
